Condominium Association

The Volunteer Landing Yacht Club Condominium Association (VLYCCA) represents the affiliation of slip owners at the marina - individuals who have purchased their slips as part of the Volunteer Landing Yacht Club Condominium project.

Members of the Board of Directors of the VLYCCA meet on a regular basis to provide guidance and oversight for the condominium project. There are currently 4 voting members on the Board. They include: George Degenhart (President), Bill Ramsbey (Vice President), Kevin Jeske (Treasurer), & David Kiger. Andrew Polyak (Secretary) & Nancy Degenhart also serve the board in a non-voting advisory capacity.
