The Community at Volunteer Landing Marina

Nestled among the giant bluffs of Knoxville’s downtown waterfront, the community at Volunteer Landing Marina includes the families of about 100 boat owners who slip their boats at the marina. It also includes a growing number of downtown Knoxville merchants and friends who proudly participate as Good Neighbors of our community.

During the week, many members of the community spend a generous amount of recreational time at the marina. Others plan weekend activities centered on the marina. Recreation at the marina includes watching all the “action” on the water, enjoying relaxing conversation, cruising up and down the river, fishing and much more - including a huge number of the shopping, dining and entertainment options just up the hill!
